Okinawa Meat Fair  


We are pleased to announce the “Okinawa Prefecture Meat Fair,” where you can indulge in the luxurious flavors of Okinawa’s prized brand meats. We offer Ishigaki Beef and Motobu Beef, both renowned for their rich umami, along with Kibi Maru Pork, known for its sweetness and tenderness. You can select your preferred cuts and cooking methods. Additionally, in celebration of our 5th anniversary, we are offering the “500g Motobu Beef Shoulder Roast Steak with 5 different sauces.” Enjoy the rich flavors of carefully selected local meats to your heart’s content

The “Dim Sum Course” allows you to indulge in our proud selection of dim sum in a luxurious course, starting from lunch. This course features not only xiao long bao and other dim sum, but also today’s fried dish, steamed red snapper with winter melon, fried mochi with chicken and five-spice filling, today’s steamed soup highlighting the natural flavors of the ingredients, and congee with dried meat and century egg—each dish is a must-try and showcases our finest offerings

Kouhuku Course


Based on familiar Chinese cuisine, you can choose your favorite main dish (seafood, meat, or vegetable) and noodle and rice dish from the menu.
We recommend the main dish of “Hong Kong Style Chicken Thigh in Soy Sauce,” a traditional chicken dish loved in Hong Kong, where the chicken is slowly simmered in a soy sauce-based sauce.

Yumcha Manpuku Zen Seki Held on Sundays

Kohaku Course begins with a homemade grilled appetizer, followed by a selection of dishes using the chef’s special ingredients, such as Kariyushi Kinme from Itoman, Torikotsu chicken, Ishigaki beef, and lamb chops. For the main course, we have created a flavorful dish of Japanese lobster with Italian truffles.
