No additional reservation is needed.

Yes, we have a parking lot. It costs ¥1,500 per car per day for guests staying at the hotel. The parking lot is free for up to 3 hours for guests only visiting the restaurants or banquets, but is ¥500 for each additional hour.

No hotel transportation service is available. Please use public transportation.

Package delivery services are available at the bell desk counter on the 1st floor. We accept both prepaid and cash-on-delivery shipments 24 hours a day. We also provide cardboard boxes for packaging (available for a fee).

【Every Sunday 12:00 to 18:00】

Every Sunday from 12:00 to 18:00, a pedestrian paradise (Transit Mile) will be held on Kokusai-dori. The entire 1,300 meter section of this street, approximately 18 meters wide, will be turned into a mall. With the exception of some permitted vehicles, passenger vehicles are prohibited from passing through the street and pedestrians are given priority.

The street is also used for open cafes, street performances, events, etc., and we have been inconvenienced by the fact that guests arriving by vehicles are not allowed to drive into our hotel.

As a result of discussions with the Kokusai-dori Shopping Street Association, we have decided to allow vehicles to enter the hotel on a trial basis from Sunday, April 24, 2022, but only on certain sections of the street.

How to enter the hotel during Pedestrian Paradise (Transit Mile) every Sunday from 12:00 to 18:00

【Detour Info. for local busses】
During the transit mall, all busses which are supposed to run through Kokusai St. are detoured to the street along Kumoji river, Route 58, and Kainan St.

Towels are available for use at the Fitness, Sauna and Shower Room.

Yes. There is a fitness gym available, for guests staying over night, on the 3rd floor. Its business hours are 6:00 to 22:00.

Shirts, shorts, shoes, and socks are all available for free.

Yes. The chinese restaurant on the 3rd floor has a private room for 10 people. We recommend you reserve the room as early as possible.

We’re sorry. All of our restaurants and bar are smoke free. There are smoking areas on the 1st and 2nd floors.
