●How to use swimming pool and rental items●

After checking in at the fitness counter on the 3rd floor, please go to the locker room of the sauna and bathroom, change into your swimsuit, and go up the spiral staircase to use the swimming pool.

When you check in, we will ask you to take your temperature to prevent the spread of COVID-19 infection.

・Towels are available at the pool.

・Swim rings are available from the pool staff.

・Rash guards, swim caps, and other items are available from the staff at the fitness counter on the 3rd floor.

※Please kindly understand that we have limitations in the number of rental items.

 

OUTDOOR POOL

Even guests who don’t swim can relax looking down at Kokusai St. We also provide swimwear (men&women), caps, and rash guard are available for use free of charge. The pool is available to guests staying overnight.

Rules and Warnings for the Swimming Pools

  • An illustrated CPR guide is posted at the pool entrance.
  • Please consult your doctor if you are pregnant or have a chronic disease to ensure you are fit to swim.
  • If you have cardiovascular troubles, kidney problems, high blood pressure, or a contagious disease, please avoid swimming.
  • We have the right to refuse use of the swimming area and Jacuzzi to anyone connected directly or indirectly to organized crime in any way, members of organizations whose purpose is to disrupt society.
  • Only guests staying overnight at our hotel may use the pool and the kids pool.
  • Children under 12yrs old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
  • Children under 4yrs old or using diapers for swimming can only use the kids pool and must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
  • Jumping or diving into the pools or running at poolside is strictly prohibited.
  • Glass bottles, fragiles, or electrical appliances are prohibited at poolside.
  • Please keep an eye on your valuables if you bring them to the pool with you.
  • The hotel takes no responsibility for loss, damage, or theft of personal items.
  • Please avoid swimming if have a cold or diarrhea.
  • Please take a shower before swimming.
  • No one under the influence of alcohol is permitted to swim.
