Churrasco originated as a favorite meat dish of the gauchos (cowboys) of Rio Grande do Sul, a state in southern Brazil. This simple dish allows you to enjoy the rich and juicy flavor of the meat, which is concentrated in its natural goodness. Thirteen types of churrasco, including beef, pork, chicken, lamb, sausage, and other carefully selected meats, are grilled to a crisp on the outside and juicy on the inside while being rotated on a special grill machine. Please enjoy the authentic churrasco.
