Reservations Using the New System

From 12:00 p.m. on December 2, 2025, our new reservation system has been available for use.The new system offers improved smartphone usability and faster processing speed, allowing for a smoother and more comfortable reservation experience.

Password Reset Required (Important)

Your membership information has been transferred to the new system; however, for security enhancement, all members are required to reset their password upon the first login.

Please kindly follow the steps below:

1. Access the login page of the new system using the link below
2. Enter your registered email address and set a new password

Please note that past stay history from the old system has not been transferred to the new system.

 For Guests with Reservations Made on the Old System (Important)

*Passwords for the old and new systems are not linked. Please use your existing password when logging into the old system.
*The old member page will be phased out once all existing reservations have been completed.
*Past stay history will not be transferred to the new system.
