■ System Maintenance Schedule
December 2, 2025 (Tuesday)
From around 10:00 a.m. to around 12:00 p.m. (JST, planned) During the above hours, online reservations, confirmation, modification, and cancellation will be temporarily unavailable.
Reservation service is scheduled to resume around 12:00 p.m. using the new system.

■ For Guests with Existing Reservations
Reservations made before 10:00 a.m. on December 2, 2025, will remain valid after the renewal.
During the maintenance period, you may not be able to view, modify, or cancel your existing bookings.
After the renewal, we will inform you separately regarding the new login process and My Page access

■Requests to Our Guests
If you plan to make, modify, or cancel a reservation around the maintenance period, please complete your transaction in advance.
Registered members may be asked to reset their passwords or update login information after the renewal.
 Please note that the maintenance end time may vary depending on progress..
