The second edition of the very popular cheese fair is now being held at the lunch buffet on the 4th floor of Vision & Emotion! Cheese fondue, the king of cheese dishes, is served with hot dishes and bread to enjoy the rich cheese flavor.
In addition, enjoy cheese gratin with seafood and winter vegetables, pasta with forestiere (forest pasta), cheese salad with potato and egg, sake-braised chicken with yuzu, and cheese tart.
