【Notice】Suspension of Water Supply in the Entire Building

We sincerely appreciate your continued support of Hotel Collective. We regret to inform you that significant damage has been discovered in the water supply pipes, necessitating urgent replacement work on the water supply system.

As a result, there will be a suspension of water supply within the hotel premises on the following schedule. During this period, all facilities using water, such as bathrooms and restrooms within the hotel, will be temporarily unavailable.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our guests. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated. Thank you for your kind attention to this matter.

【Affected Areas】 Water supply will be suspended for all toilets, sinks, and facilities throughout the entire hotel.

【Operating Hours of Facilities within the Hotel】

• 4F Bar Lounge "Divertido": 11:00 to 21:00 (Last Order at 20:00)
• 4F "La Plata / Hekikaitei": 17:30 to 21:00 (Last Order at 20:00)
• 3F Chinese Restaurant "Kyo Garden": Temporarily closed
• 3F Sauna & Bathroom - 8:00 to 13:00

※Will resume at 7:00 only for 3 December.
