Is reservation necessary for taking a venue site tour?

It is not required, however we recommend you to make a reservation.

Is venue sit tour available on weekdays?

The tour is available on weekdays. Please feel free to contact us.
From how may months in advance do you accept making reservations?

There is no any regulation regarding making reservation in advance, however, we recommend our guest to consider making reservation 1-1.5years in adnvace.
What is the maximum number for the chapel?

The maximum number for the chapel is 48 attendees.

Are there any waiting room for bride and groom , or "bride’s room"?

We have prepared the waiting room for bride and groom in order for them to feel calm and relaxed.
How many kinds of weddings are in the option?

You may choose from Christian-style or Civil wedding.
Do you rehearse before the ceremony?

Yes, we do rehearse 30 minutes bofore the ceremony.

Do you provide kids meal?

Yes, we do.

Do you prepare allergy-free meal?

Yes, we do.

Can I taste the meal?

Yes, you may.

Could you prepare an MC?

Yes, we do. We could hire a professional and reliable MC who could support leading your venue.
How many guests could be seated per table?

Up to 12 guests could be seated per table.
Is chair for child available?

Yes, we could prepare a chair for child.
Do you allow guests to bring the flowers from outside?

Please refrain from bringing in the flowers from outside. We appreciate for your understanding.

May we call other professional photographer that we know?

Please refrain from contracting other professional photographer for the venue.
We appreciate for your understanding.

Could I make a tentative reservation of the banquet hall?

Yes, we do accept a tentative reservation.
When do we start to meet before the venue?

We start to meet around 4 months before the venue, but to be more prepared, you may request the date of meeting more in advance.
When do we pay for weddings?

We ask our guests to settle the wedding application fee 100,000JPY upon the contract, and rest of the bill within 10 days from the next day of the venue.
Do you accept Credit Card?

Yes, we do. Please kindly check the credit limit before the settlement.
Can we bringing in the food to eat in the waiting room?

Please refrain from bringing in the food for sanitary reasons. We appreciate for your understanding.
