To provide safe and secure stay of our guests amid COVID-19 in accordance with guidelines and recommended by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, Hotel Collective asks our guests to cooperate and has implemented proactive precautionary measures listed below.

Safety Procedures

・Extra disinfection throughout public area and all guestrooms, paying attention to frequently touched areas such as elevator buttons, handrails, switches, etc.

・Arranging training to ensure property staff is aligned on safety and hygiene protocols.

・Enhancing handwashing, gargling, the use of alcohol disinfectants, practicing cough etiquette among our employees, and staff at public areas and restaurants wearing masks.

・Daily temperature checks for staff and guests when entering the building or facilities.

・Installation of a transparent protective shields in public areas between persons during face-to-face transactions.

・Understanding and cooperation for us to measure your temperature using a non-contact digital infrared forehead thermometer and for the use of hand sanitizers upon your arrival, before entering our restaurants, bar.

・The use of our facilities may be limited for a guest whose body temperature is higher than 37.5 degree in Celsius when measured .  Accommodation may also be denied following the instructions of the health center.

・All our staff are obligated to wear masks and we kindly ask our guests to wear them as well.

Protective Equipment

・Hand sanitizers placed in all property public areas.

・Face covers/masks or other protective equipment worn by property staff.

・Sterilizing equipment to remove, kill, or deactivate all bacteria, viruses, etc.

Social Distancing

・Rearrangement of tables and seating distancing of at least 2m in dining areas to ensure social distancing.
